Dubai -Position COUNTER SALES AGENT Location Dubai - Primary Responsibilities 1. Handle customer enquiries and provide information relating to airline schedules, accommodation, car hire, insurance and/or holiday packages. 2. Provide customers with quotations using special rates/discounts where applicable. 3. Process bookings and confirm/Follows-up wait-listed bookings to update customers. 4. Arrange issue of travel documents and ensure seating, meals are booked, and that payment is received. 5. Brief customers on general information relating to destination, flights etc. 6. Generate daily sales report. 7. Follow the quality assurance procedures. 8. Any other ad hoc administrative duty as requested by the Line Manager or Management staff. Job Purpose To sell tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by airlines, utilising knowledge and sales promotion techniques to retail and corporate clients.
