Dubai -1. Creating/ Enhancing insurer relations and customer relations. 2. Coordinating, liaising and networking between insurance companies regarding client eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation and other application requirements 3. Communicates with clients orally and in writing with professionalism 4. Interview clients, conduct through fact find in order to provide customer solutions and obtain their requirements to close/business 5. Prepares insurance application forms, requirements and associated correspondences and examines documents for completeness, accuracy, or conformance to standards 6. Assists new business requests and client concerns in a timely manner 7. Uses Petra’s and insurance providers’ tools/online portal in processing new and renewal applications 8. Responsible in maintaining client relationship within the entire policy year and secure renewal thereafter 9. Visits clients to present proposal and build relationship wherever deemed necessary 10. Reports status of current handled clients on a daily basis 11. Responsible for doing a biweekly insurance audit and presenting the results and recommendations to management. 12. Responsible for negotiating insurance coverage limits and premiums with each provider. 13. Responsible for seeking out information from other insurance carriers to compare to the rates and coverage the company was currently using. 14. Calculate premiums, refunds, commissions, adjustments, and, using insurance rate standards. 15. Payment Collection 16. Examine letters from policyholders or agents, original insurance applications, and other company documents to determine if changes are needed and effects of changes. 17. Responsible for maintaining all insurance files and updating files when necessary. 18. Maintains strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data 19.
