Identifying and executing treatments including Laser, Botox, Fillers, Chemical Peels amongst others ,Responsible for the service excellence, customer satisfaction and profitability of services ,Ensuring that physical needs of patient are met in timely manner, Ensuring that equipments are clean and maintains the appropriate inventory of supplies according to established procedures, Maintains patients’ privacy and confidentiality at all times, Completes delegated tasks in a timely and efficient manner, Maintains cleanliness of the clinic following daily cleaning by housekeeping,Checking and receiving the patient in the reception after registration, Taking consent to the patient before doing special procedure, Escorting the patient to the cashier after all the procedures and consultation for final billing, Arranging the file of the patient, Admission, discharge and transfer of patients.Also,A laser nurse is responsible for administering cosmetic care that requires the use of a laser. The nurse must perform a skin analysis of the area in order to determine the efficacy of a laser procedure. After explaining the course of treatment and expected outcome, the nurse must prep the area and begin treatment. After the treatment, the nurse must explain the proper post-care and the recommended follow-up treatments, if necessary. The nurse may need to consult with a doctor or supervising medical personnel prior to treatment, if so dictated by the health and safety protocols of the hospital .Technical Skills and ExperienceA nurse who chooses to specialize in procedures requiring the use of various lasers must stay up to date with the latest laser equipment technology. Significant experience in dermatology is a basic requirement of the job as the ability to choose the appropriate laser equipment, treatment plans and expectations of treatment are highly dependent upon this knowledge. Experience and extensive knowledge of other dermatological beauty products, such as Botox, are required as an extension of the dermatology services offered by the office..Qualitative SkillsExcellent interpersonal communication skills are a must, as a bulk of the job is spent relating to clients.
