Vessels operating accounts Purchasing and services Handling financial matters and enquires from Masters, Port Agents, Manning Agents, Officers and Suppliers. Checking, coding and approving financial claims, invoices, port and manning agents’ disbursements. Handling and following up of Cash Advances to Masters, Port and Manning agents. Visiting company vessels to see to any financial problems to be discussed with Masters. Handling and controlling manning agents’ agreement. Follow up on matters related to costs of office and sea staff injury, death or illness Medical and Insurance matters, and keeping updated records of the same. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of accounting 10 Years’ experience of financial accounting and budgeting including minimum of 3 years within a reputable Shipping/Marine operating establishment. Good command of English language.
