We are currently seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to focus on growing our permanent recruitment division in the Middle East. This is an internal role within Manpower Middle East which will primarily focus on bringing new qualified opportunities and collaborating closely with the team to ensure candidates are placed as per the client’s requirements. Responsibilities include: • Good business acumen and understanding of sales. • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business. • Track own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through the company’s CRM system. • Cultivate existing client relationships to ensure repeat business. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development in the UAE or Middle East. • Previous Recruitment agency experience is preferred but not essential. • Driven individual motivated by sales commission • Demonstrated billings from sales. • A self-starter who can spot new opportunities & ability to succeed in a target driven environment. • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening • Strong proposal writing skills and ability to engage at C-Suite level • Collaborative and team orientated approach • Internet research skills e. g. Google Deep Search, LinkedIn, etc. • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PC Skills and CRM. Dubai -Keno is looking to hire an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the day to day operations of its fleet of Car Washing Ninjas.The Fleet manager will direct the overall operation of our on-demand car wash location through leading, motivating and developing the team that delivers a quality customer experience, while being accountable for achieving team-specific goals and objectives.He will be also responsible for issue of cleaning materials and stock keeping at the team’s warehouse.Responsibilities and Duties: Allocates and monitors daily tasks through the company staff App.Issue and maintain the inventory of bikes, cleaning materials, equipment and tools to ninjas.Responsible for ensuring proper staffing and scheduling. Property Manager - -Dubai

Dubai -Tenants screening, selection, profiling Provide the new tenants with an introduction letter that contains emergency contacts, insurance requirements, rent collection, and maintenance request procedures Provide excellent tenant service by handling all complains and problems and resolve them in an efficient way. Ensure that there is 24-hour emergency coverage for the property all the time Submits all required reports and responds to information requests in a timely manner in addition plan weekly/daily office staff schedules and assignments Day to day property and tenant management; preparing contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit and conditions Financial management and rent collection; Innovative cost control tactics and rent revenue maximization Understand and adhere to the codes of ethics and laws of the Real Estate industry Liaising with government and industry departments as and when required e.g. the rent committee of Banks, Dubai - Land Department, Notary, RERA & Dubai - Courts Ensure that procedures for problematic cases (expired, bounced, violations, legal, police cases, Rent Dispute) are carried out effectively and efficiently within the specified time frame without delay Update all tenant/landlord information are entered into the Analyst software program in an accurate and timely manner Recognizing the need for, organizing and overseeing maintenance and renovations (liaising with approved service providers).
