Dubai -PermanentCharterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a Financial Services Regulatory Solicitor with c. 3 - 6 PQE + to join its growing financial services practice in Dubai -. The firm has an excellent reputation in the MENA region with an excellent client base. As the financial services regulatory market in the UAE and broader Middle East continues to develop in its complexity, the team is looking to hire an additional Associate to play a key role in the conduct of a mix of advisory and contentious financial services work. The role will involve working closely with the lead Partners, representing clients ranging from financial institutions, corporations and government entities in relation to broad mix of financial services regulatory work advising on regulatory implementation, interpretation and compliance, as well as covering contentious work, investigations etc. This is an opportunity to play an important role with a leading law firm at the cutting edge of the regulatory market in the Middle East, an interesting opportunity for a mid-level Lawyer to be heavily involved in a broad range of work and clients from the outset. The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Solicitor with financial services regulatory experience, with c 3 – 6 PQE + gained at a legal directories recognised law firm, ideally in the UAE, or looking to relocate from the UK, Ireland or Australia.
