Dubai -Job DescriptionClinic SupervisorEnsure that all reception staff completes their assigned daily tasks within a suitable time frame.Monitor and retrieve any outstanding patient balances not attributed to Insurance Direct Billing or Medical Examination claims.Responsible for ensuring that all patient records are updated and all records are filed correctly.Monitor any patients’ recalls to ensure that patients are contacted promptly as necessary.Supervise correct processing of insurance claim forms and forwarding details required to accounts department.Responsible for ensuring that all medical and office stationery required for the reception area is maintained with sufficient supplies and correct stock rotation applies.Ensure that Health & Safety procedures are adhered to in the reception area.Handover daily cash received at clinic, to HO staff for deposit into bank account.Petty Cash; All income and expenditure are recorded correctly, through the reconciliation procedures in place.Work closely with the Medical Director/Clinic manager regarding any issues relevant to the smooth running of the clinic.With UAE experience in Medical Clinic or HospitalTeam Player, good communication skills and able to handle the team.Job Type: Full-time
