DubaiJob Descriptions (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for Waiter & Waitress for a 5* luxury hotel & resort About the Role: As Waiter & Waitress, you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way. Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests. Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served. Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily. Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment. Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage. Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue. Requirements: A good command of English and additional skills, like guest service and interpersonal are essentials. Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations Ability to work on your own and as part of a team 1 years experience in similar positions and customer service is preferred Skills Required MICROS System Internet Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: AED 1,800 Monthly Service Charge Monthly Accommodation: Provided Transportation: Provided Annual Paid Leave: 30 Days Employment Visa: Provided Flight Tickets: Provided Medical Insurance: Provided
