DubaiJob Descriptions (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Looking for a Facility Manager for a Facilities Management Company About the Role: As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for co-leading and overall team management & setup of Facilities Management & Building Maintenance Services Provider across the Group’s property portfolio and third parties properties leading his/her team and all internal & external subcontractors excellence services delivery. you will be responsible for delivering targets in terms of revenue, customer satisfaction and ensures that objectives are achieved Requirements: 5 years of experience within Facilities Management Operations; 2 years of which should be in a managerial capacity, 3 years from above should be of real estate local market (UAE) experience, in direct facilities or property management operations. Must have in depth knowledge of MEP services rectification standards means & methods, and able to perform and train these methods to the team members or insure contracted parties execution of works. Must have knowledge of general civil works rectification & execution standards means & methods. Excellent knowledge of Facility management. Excellent knowledge of UAE property market, Strong knowledge of UAE legal framework (related to property market), Strong negotiation skills, Strong project management skills, In-depth building maintenance knowledge, Analytical & problem solving skills, Ability to manage time, work under pressure and meet deadlines, Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications, Outlook etc) Skills Required Engineering/maintenance operations Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 monthly Accommodation: AED 4,500 monthly Transport: Provided Annual Paid Leave: Provided Employment Visa: Provided Flight Tickets: Provided Medical Insurance: Provided
