DubaiWe provide VIP travel experiences to our high net worth clientele, using a fleet of Boeing Aircraft from our airline partners travelling Dubai to Istanbul and London.We are seeking an exceptional GM, to build the business.The successful candidate will have provable experience in building businesses in the travel sector, strong business relationships, excellent management skills and attention to detail.This is an exciting role to be in at the beginning of our growth.The challenge is to take our exclusive, boutique VIP travel experience to market, manage the growth and maximize the opportunity.This role will involve close collaboration with other senior management and individual divisional product and account management teams and also group commercial, marketing and presales.Responsibilities: Sales and MarketingProfit and lossGrowth and expansionEssential expertise: A proven track record of 10+ years travel experience – most preferably within the European/Middle Eastern VIP Travel marketDemonstrable experience and accountability for creating and managing projectsProven skills in growing a businessProven consultative influencing and negotiation skills, up to and including C-LevelA good understanding of key airlines and hotel groups offerings and propositions with a focus on loyalty, rewards and lifestyle benefits.Specifics: Very personable with strong networking skills and presenceRelevant commercial awarenessBusiness builder in the travel sectorJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Travel: 5 years (Required)Location:Dubai (Preferred)
