Check queries and request clarifications or any concerns regarding received purchase requests data, description, units, quantities and specifications c. Request and negotiate best price quotations, ensuring best quality for all received orders and forward same for approval, while ensuring the best delivery schedule d. Handle timely the daily market list, allocating orders, checking new items included for price and availability, ensuring approvals for onward vendor order confirmation e. Check and ensure that all approved and authorized purchase orders are timely forwarded (faxed or delivered) to the concerned vendors. f. Verify and follow up on all pending orders (approved and under approval) through system reports and / or by reporting any concerns

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for Executive Assistant who will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and provide executive support to senior leadership team. This is a key role, ensuring smooth day to day operations for the senior leadership team. You will have to demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for: Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Senior Vice President & senior leadership team, including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings. Plans, coordinates and ensures the Senior Vice President and his team schedule is followed and respected. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Senior Vice President and the teams; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. Works closely and effectively with the SVP to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including preparing & consolidating presentations, following up on meeting minutes etc. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
