DubaiAED3,000 - AED3,500 a monthHOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORA well-established home holiday’s company is seeking to hire a Talented Housekeeping Supervisor for their operations:Job Scope: As a Housekeeping Supervisor you are responsible for supervising the daily operation as well as the Flat/Room Attendants to ensure standards are followed and cleanliness in all related areas is maintained.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTrain housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksOversee staff on a daily basisCheck rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absenceEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requestsMonitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber glovesParticipate in large cleaning projects as requiredEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areasAbility to manage amenities and linen inventoryJob Requirements and Qualifications: University/College degree in a related discipline an asset.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Highly responsible & reliablePrevious Housekeeping Supervisor’s Experience is a HUGE plus.Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to moving to different places.Holder of UAE Driving License is a Must.Compensation & BenefitsBasic Salary: AED 3,500Transportation: ProvidedEmployment Visa: ProvidedOther Benefits as per UAE Labour LawMedical Insurance: ProvidedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 to AED3,500.00 /monthExperience:Housekeeping: 3 years (Required)Housekeeping Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Location:Dubai (Required)License:UAE DRIVING (Required)Language:English (Required)Arabic (Preferred)
