(which can be extendable).Job Purpose:To support SSL Business users with their operational systems (WMS, Cargo Wise, Oracle Fusion) & PC Support Issues.Key Accountabilities:· Facilitate and provide assistance in businesscase development via targeted workshops to achieve desired businessoutcomes· Document and monitor businessprocesses, businessrules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives.· Use workshops, brain storming session and other businessanalysis techniques to gather and elicit businessrequirements for new initiatives· Documenting Initial Demand Request, BRS-BusinessRequirementSpecification creating prototypes and other project documents· Participate in project review meetings to identify changes to businessrequirements and maintain the same till the project closure.· Support the businessanalysis & process improvement activities in multiple projects from direct partners.Job Context:· Demonstrate ability to manage simultaneous engagements across projects and new opportunities.· Apply relevant industry experience in one or more of the domains such as logistics, supply chain, ports and customs.· Use various businessanalysis tools and other BPM technologies to document businessand system requirements and for other project specific activities.· Work with different project teams to maintain and manage the businessscope definition and change control activities.· Support team members where necessary in adhering to best practices when engaging in initiatives/projectsQualifications, Experience, & Skills:Minimum Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree in BusinessInformation Systems·CBAP (Preferred)
