Aftermarket Sales Engineer - Volvo Trucks - Al Futtaim FAMCO - Al Alin The main purpose of this role will be to sell all aftermarket products represented by the Volvo Truck & Bus Division. The position will spend 80% of the time in the field and requires daily contacts with customers. This role will be permanently based in Al Ain area Description of the Accountability - Direct- Sales of spare parts, workshop services and other Aftermarket products. Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns Conducts regular customer with occasional visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
