Dubai -Job Summary Ensure general care to patients on hospital wards and in outpatient clinics. Assist the Consultant and SSR in investigating, diagnosing and treating medically or surgically all patients referred to his specialty. Participate in teaching programs in the Department and its sections, regular seminars, promotes clinical investigative work. Involve in quality-related activities, and other clinical/administrative meetings when deemed necessary by the head of the department and the hospital administration. Involve in the departmental and hospital-wide performance monitoring & Improvement activities. Adapt new procedures and techniques in the field of his specialty. Assist in promoting health education through providing education and support for all junior staff in the department and supports continuing medical education. Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning the workload and staffing of the department. Maintain the highest professional standard of conduct in line with organization’s policies and procedures and internationally accepted standards. Represent the Department in committees and taskforces, if assigned. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited medical school with a recognised Membership/Fellowship/Board or equivalent. 3 years’ Experience

Encourage research related to professional development and assist in measure the impact of workforce development. Conduct research for new insights and innovative solutions on health care services, encourage studies and benchmark considering international standard. Provide necessary advice regarding the effectiveness of professional development programs, plans and campaigns. Contribute to the development and articulation of strategic, annual and business planning processes, incorporating a collaborative and inclusive approach with key stakeholders. Participate in setting the overall mission, vision, values and goals for DHA. Monitoring the performance of the hospitals and the specialized centres. Provide expert clinical advice and support to the Director General. Consulting on high-profile projects within agreed time plan. Advice on methods of data analysis and reporting. Assessing current systems, guidelines and protocols in line with quality management and participate in developing new systems, guidelines and protocols. Do other assigned duties. Qualifications Masters or BA 10 years, 5 years in senior management or 15 years, 5 years in senior management.
