Dubai -Responsibilities: Improves staff performance by providing educational resources; balancing work requirements with learning opportunities; evaluating the application of learning to changes in treatment resultsImproves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.Manages Clinical Staff members performance evaluation together with HR, and career development, counsels and advises them on professional development and to enhance standards of nursing practice.Overseeing nursing employee conduct and Clinical staff corrective action.Implementation of policy and procedure aimed promoting safe patient care and ethical business practices in a cost effective manner.Create an environment in which nurses are able to perform their jobs effectively and safely with optimal patient outcomes.Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current.Responsible for reviewing and monitoring documentation compliance including: Electronic Medical Record, HR files, and hard copy patient medical records.Collect, collate, record, and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data, projects and integration of new processes and quality improvement tools.Develops, maintains, and implements nursing/care coordination policies and procedures that conform to current standards of practice, facility philosophy, and operational policies while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.Communicates and interprets policies and monitors staff practices and implementation, including waste management.Participates in daily or weekly management team meetings to discuss patient/client status, complaints or concerns.Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care and clinical supervision to patientsProviding and conducting training and development programs for the clinical staff and manage ongoing education for clinical staff.Oversees clinical staff schedules to assure they meet patient/client needs and regulatory and budgetary standards.Participates in the recruitment and selection of clinical personnel.Coordinates and/or develops on-going QA activities for all clinical services to monitor compliance with standards and regulatory requirements through rounds, interviews, and record reviews. Compiles summary of findings for the Quality Assurance committee.Participates in budget development for the clinical department.Promotes customer service and hospitality and responds to and adequately resolves complaints or concerns.Creating Reports: A manager creates reports that convey the daily logistics and the long-term impacts of these daily logistics on the healthcare facility.Managing compliance and reporting with authorities namely DHA, DOH, MOH, HAAD as applicable.Strategic Input: Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.Care Coordination Team Management Duties:Develop care plans and rearranging them as necessaryVisiting and calling patients/clients, checking on the care and advice they’ve received and documenting it accordinglyWorking with the are team to evaluate interventions and identify where and when further ones will be requiredPromote timely access to appropriate care and informationIncrease utilization of preventative careCreate and promote adherence to a care plan, developed in coordination with the clientIncrease continuity of care by managing relationships with tertiary care providers, transitions-in-care and referralsIncrease clients ability for self-management and shared decision makingConnect clients to relevant resources with the goal of enhancing patient health and well-beingContribute and lead growth plans within the Company as required In different target markets and expansion of service.Manage complex care plans as and when required and multi-disciplinary meetings for complex case managementEngages with different departments to support and drive business development and marketing initiativesManage accreditation processes such as CARF, JCI, ISO etc as required.Works closely with the marketing team to promote and inform the public of THB presence in the Dubai - healthcare market from a clinical standpoint.Making contacts with clinical case managers and decision makers in hospitals, public and private clinics, and other sources of potential clienteleCultivating relationships with sources to generate repeat referrals.Participating in facility's marketing education, ensuring knowledge of their resources and maintaining knowledge of competitor facilities.Positively reflects the image of THB through dress and mannerProviding facility tours and conducting presentations for potential referral sources and patient families.Attending seminars and conferences to promote facility.Primary goal is to ensure patient centered care is offered to all clients.Ensures prompt response to any and all patient enquiries.Is proactive to ensure patients receive all information regarding THB and what can be offered.Makes a concerted effort to improve patient census.Assesses patients upon admission to THB and determines patient requirements by completing an initial home health assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs with a Physician or Registered Nurse.Coordinates the implementation of all home care services, which includes nursing, physical therapy, nutrition and dietetics and physician visits to ensure that quality service is provided to meet client needs.Quality Assurance Management and engagement of processes, member satisfaction and all other measuresAccesses program home care services system and makes recommendations and offers solutions to revise or modify systems to better meet clients’ needs.Determines patient requirements by completing an initial home health assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.Works closely with Clinical Team and Case Managers to ensure all patient needs are identified and met.Working hours can vary and fluctuate due to the requirements and schedule of the patients.Employee is required to be on call and available over the phone, and/or to make visits to homes of the patient as and when required.
