The Functional Consultant - Microsoft will be responsible to deliver standard and customized software demonstrations and presentations outlining the functional capabilities, competitive advantages and business benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions as they apply to client needs. Conduct Proof of concepts. Prepare technical proposals and providing assistance in responding to RFI/RFPs. Deal with business and technology stakeholders for a given domain. Conceptualize client needs and translate into specific implementation. The Functional Consultant - Microsoftwill report to the Head of Product Delivery - Digital Transformation, however, channels exists for direct communication with the General Manager - Digital Transformation & other members from the senior leadership team at weekly meetings or as and when required. To be a successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in computer science / quantitaive fields. Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven experience in delivering standard and customized software demonstrations and presentations outlining the functional capabilities, competitive advantages and business benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions as they apply to client needs, conducting Proof of concepts, preparing technical proposals and providing assistance in responding to RFI/RFPs. Exceptional communication skills with capability to generate trust with the customer with sheer domain and solution knowledge. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 product line including Licensing, Functionalities and technical architecture for both On Cloud and On-Premise Solution. Proficient in .NET, Visual Studio, VSTS, C#, X++, Power BI, Azure, AIF, and MDX. Passion for CRM, Field Service, Retail and other related solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, presentation and business acumen. Good Techno functional consultant with a passion to work with products and solutions. Having worked on products and solutions, giving and making demos/PoCs. Excellent techno-functional skills. Previous experience & ability to communicate with people of various technical backgrounds, think analytically, write and edit technical material, and relate Business processes with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 offerings. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. The Functional Consultant - Microsoft will have to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, be customer focused and be able to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities. It is essential the incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment. Have the ability to look at situations from several points of view. Delegate responsibilities effectively. Excellent problem analytical skills and problem simulation.
