Dubai -We are looking for a responsible Office Manager cum HR (Filipino) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The company is a logistic service provider in JLT consists of Accounts, Procurement, Operations, Fleet and IT Department. We will be needing a hardworking, proactive and goal driven Office Manager who could assist each department on top of the daily reception and admin works. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration assisting a senior executive • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline is preferred • Very good command of written and spoken English; Arabic language is a must • Very good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision making skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to acquire and apply new skills • Flexible and able to work under pressure • Respect and maintain a high level confidentiality • Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work • Good knowledge of health insurance concepts • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
