The mainduties and responsibilities of this role: Responsible for ensuring that the Time Check / Attendance system is up to date and all issues are sorted with the Human Resource Department. Updating of vacation plan. Responsible for the collation of nominees for the Colleague of the Month programme and sending the same to the Human Resource Department. Ensuring all the filing in the department is up to date and filed correctly. To perform duties that the Management may from time to time reasonably require. To administrate the Engineering Department. To provide administrative assistance to the DOE and Maintenance Manager. Liaise with Human Resource and Training Department. Maintain Confidentiality. Maintain Engineering Department records. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have thefollowing experience and qualifications: Minimum 3 years ofexperience as Administrator. Good command of writtenand spoken English Diploma in ComputerApplications.
