DubaiJob Summary: Looking for HR Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details
Generate employee files, ensure timeliness, accuracy, completeness, compliance and confidentiality
Maintain a good filing system
Prepare correspondence, documents, forms as well as reports related to human resource and administration
Carry out human resource and administration assignments as may be assigned
Prepare documents to be used by human resource committees
Manage employee reward system, welfare and wellness programs
Offer administrative support to the HR manager through copying, faxing and scanning of very confidential documents
Execute HR policies and procedures
Supervise group insurance notification for addition and deletion of members
Prepare correspondences in the human resource office
Handle on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
Prepare budget and procurement plans
Manage payroll and benefits administration
Update human resource records in an accurate and timely manner
Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
Proven experience in the same or similar role required
Expertise in Ms Office suite
Good HR administration and people management skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Should be able to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent decision making and problem solving abilities
