Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Ensure timely response to all the telephone calls received at the front desk and respond or transfer them appropriately ensuring highest levels of customer care • Ensure front office reception area is ambiance is appropriately maintained to comfort patients • Welcoming the patient to the facility and ensuring all of the patients questions are responded with accuracy. • Ensure to follow the documentation process including the patient consent form sign-off required for process healthcare insurance claims • Adhere to the protocol for acquiring approvals for certain procedures / tests or medication. • Advice the patient about turnaround the usually required by the insurance policy • Coordinating with office assistants to ensure the request form for diagnostic services / branch are being appropriately addressed. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Preferably graduate of Nursing or with medical background. • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager • Hands on experience with office machines • Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures • Proficiency in English • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word • Excellent communication and people skills • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Problem-solving skills.
