Oversees outlet kitchen production, assists in menu writing, costing, and scheduling and implements the plan, prep and set up including quality service. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Ensure all kitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations. Works with the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision. Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs. Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines. Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
