Dubai -What will you be doing: Based in the Nexus Abu Dhabi Office, you will provide a day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and our customers by utilising excellent and in-depth knowledge of the products we distribute and internal /external policies and procedures. Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and customers Vet new business and servicing applications Assist financial advisers and customer with documentation Maintain client and policy data in our internal system Interact regularly with product providers and financial advisers, to ensure that customer requests are dealt with Coordinate with our compliance department when required Demonstrate a “Can do” and professional attitude What we are looking for: Prior experience in a customer servicing role in the life insurance industry Familiar with insurance providers operating with the local market, their products and processes Able to work as part of a team and use their initiative to problem solve Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload Fluent in English and Arabic Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook What benefits would you receive: Nexus offers an attractive package including medical cover and group life insurance.
