Detailed Description Principal Accountabilities q Supporting Enoc Aviation in their day to day work by generating reports from Oracle. q Assisting the department with generation of LPOs for sales support items and gifts, also assist with the organizational activities of marketing events.. q Sorting and arranging delivery of invoices and Statement of Accounts . q Attending to all telephone calls and giving correct information, taking messages and forwarding it to the concerned person. q Catering refreshments to staff and guests q Distributing internal mail within the office. q Responsible for distribution of all outgoing and incoming office mail. q Handles all office faxes and photocopying requirements. q Assist all personnel in filing documents.
