Dubai -We are now looking for a talented CRM Executive to join our Off-Season marketing team. This is a great role for an ambitious and innovative candidate to join a successful and growing business. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager – Off Season and providing tactical support across the full spectrum of Retention marketing functions (CRM, Customer Insight and Email Marketing) Key Objectives: Execute CRM retention campaigns across the full project lifecycle, ensuring all campaigns meet business objectives. Provide and present campaign performance reviews and relevant insights to the business. Support the growth and development of a profitable database. Help the business meet its revenue targets through proactive execution of the customer lifecycle and CRM strategy. Increase customer retention and loyalty through the execution of innovative customer retention strategies. Recommend best-in-class experiences for our customers that will add value to the business. Provide support on development and execution of key retention projects to improve segment profitability and retention metrics. Implement and analyse data and research, presenting relevant insights to the business Help deliver relevant, best-in-class experiences for our customers Responsibilities: Support the team with planning and forecasting across strategies, budgets and projects. Provide customer data and analysis that supports all marketing planning and forecasting. Be involved in planning the off-season’s marketing roadmap that will achieve targets and KPIs. Help co-ordinate and execute multichannel programmes to achieve these targets & KPIs. Partnering with the customer acquisition team, to develop forecasts and strategies that drive a profitable database and customer lifecycle approach by providing data, analysis and insights. Execution of the CRM strategy , co-ordinating and executing activity utilising the full mix of communication channels on offer – email, direct mail, in-order documentation, customer care and private events. Execute end-to-end campaigns and established CRM programmes: Planning, gathering requirements from all stakeholders, briefing production teams, pulling audiences, collating and communicating feedback and project updates. Set KPIs to measure campaign results, drive insights and recommendations and communicate these clearly and accurately back to the business, helping to inform business decisions and future campaigns iterations. Provide innovative ways to target and reward our customers. Ensure all projects are delivered in a timely manner within the approved budget. Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last minute requests Present complex data clearly to stakeholders managers across the business, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through data. Work with all internal departments and oversee delivery of on/off-site content to support CRM campaigns and initiatives.
