Detailed Description Principal Accountabilities:Supporting ENOC Aviation in their day to day work by generating reports from Oracle.Assisting the department with generation of LPOs for sales support items and gifts, also assist with the organizational activities of marketing events.Sorting and arranging delivery of invoices and statement of accounts.Attending to all telephone calls and giving correct information, taking messages and forwarding it to the concerned person.Catering refreshments to staff and guests.Distributing internal mail within the office.Responsible for distribution of all outgoing and incoming office mail.Handles all office faxes and photocopying requirements.Assist all personnel in filing documents.
