Training programs are typically for a period of 2 months to be conducted at the clients’ premises one day a week ( Friday) . The training program would be for 6 weeks.We will provide necessary support where ever required.****Responsibilities and DutiesKey Responsibilities: a) Prior research and preparation on business communication worksheets.b) Follow-through with post training workbook completionc) Conduct training, games and activities to drive home the learning with comprehensive debriefd) Use impeccable English to communicate and at times substitute the training with Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil as may be requiredf) Build rapport with the participantsg) Meet Client as and when required, interact with the client to take general feedbackh) Understand the best methods to impart training that reaches the participants betterCommunicate with design team on daily basis to suggest changes to enhance the effectivenessi) Proof reading and Coordinating with printers for training material delivery to clients location.Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, ContractRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsProfessional background (prior corporate training experience)Experience, Energy and Enthusiasm are must havesPrior experience in Training in Manufacturing Organization would be an added advantageCommitted, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the clientGood in English , Hindi and should be able to understand Malayalam and TamilComfortable using MS OfficeJob Type: Part-timeJob Types: Part-time, TemporarySalary: AED500.00 to AED700.00 /dayExperience:corporate training: 3 years (Preferred)
