DubaiInternshipPosition Snapshot Position Summary With supervision from the I&R Application Group Manager-Confectionary, the position supports the design and technical development of packaging solutions for new or existing Nestleproducts. This role will also partner with the other memebers of the confectionary team to replicate samples, execute testing with the production team, and optimise current palletization using analytical skills. A day in the life of... Coordination and execution of production trials by i.e. lab results, collaborative tests, distribution tests and line trials Purchasing specification creation on SAP Develop packaging bill of materials and enter into project management system for manufacturing/co-pack implementation. Identify areas of opportunity in palletization Mock-up samples preparation by e nsures the accuracy of specifications issued, including mechanical drawings and written text's integrity Coordination with suppliers in packaging/raw materials development TDC Projects assistance: c onduct packaging studies aimed at decreasing costs, reducing material usage while maintaining product/cosmetic integrity. What will make you successful Educational Background: Graduate of Science-Related Course (Packaging Technology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering) With good verbal and written English communication skills Technical knowledge of packaging material fundamentals Mechanical aptitude and ability Multi-tasking and team player Well-versed in computer, knowledgeable in Excel and can be easily trained in SAP transactions Male or female; any nationality
