Dubai -Temporary, ContractWe are looking for an experienced UX designer to strategize and design human-centered products/service experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, researchers, and other designers. About You: You have +5 years of Experience creating interfaces, digital experiences, and applications. Desire to produce best in class digital designs informed by principles of human-centered design Have a deep understanding of how to apply principles of design thinking, user-centered design, and research to business problems Successful track record collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in creating great products, with proven skills in, presenting and defending your work, client interaction and visual communication. Possess entrepreneurial aptitude and love to make and break What you'll do: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the research team Strategize based on the design insights with creating personas, user journey, user flows, and IA Develop wireframes and direction for design concepts. Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey your ideas and implement their findings into your work Adhere to design/UX best practices Work within tight timelines in an agile environment and rapidly iterate and test concepts and prototypes Exhibit fundamental understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3 Javascript What you will need: You have worked with highly structured, large enterprises – logistics companies and governments are an advantage You have worked on B2B applications and large function driven internal systems Experience in product design Why join us?
