THE ROLE The General Insurance Sales Operations will be handling the operations in the DMCA and sales of general insurance policies. Our mission is to support our commercial growth through a highly efficient and customer centric approach, leveraging on technology, processes and team organization. The main tasks for our general insurance team consists of: Servicing DMCA clients by offering best insurance solutions for their Boats, Vessels and pleasure crafts. Supporting the General Insurance operations team with: Renewals follow up. Keeping the data up to date on our records. Following up on payments and outstanding. Cross selling all insurance lines for DMCA clients. As Sales Operations, your main responsibilities will include: Sales Activity Process quote requests for DMCA clients, prepare and present proposals to DMCA Clients and Book the policies. Be the point of contact with DMCA. Proactive approach to DMCA clients on the cross-selling and up-selling. Accounts Servicing: Customer Relations: Process claims, renewals and customer queries for key clients Keeping the information on Salesforce up to date Following up on outstanding payments and keeping the records updated. Requirements to apply Minimum 1-3 years in Insurance. Obsessively organized and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
