Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems. • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards. • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units. • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Proven working experience in web programming • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen • BS in computer science or a related field.

Dubai -1- إضافة وتطوير وصيانة الـخـدمات الالكترونية وإدارتـهـا. 2- التنسيق الفني للخدمات الالكترونية الموفرة من قبل حكومة دبي الالكترونية وإدارتـهـا وتدريب الموظفين على اسـتخدامها. 3- المتابعة الفنية لتطبيق معايير حكومة دبي الالكترونية للخدمات الالكترونية. 4- تدريب الموظفين على البرامج والأنظمة الإلكترونية التي توفرها الدائرة. 5- التنسيق الفني مع الشركات الخارجية فيما يخص تطوير وتحديث الخدمات الالكترونية وإدارتـهـا. 6- توفير الصلاحيات للموظفين على الأنظمة وفق التوجيه. 7- تقديم تقرير شهري عما يتم إنجازه من اعمال. 8- المشاركة في المعارض والمؤتمرات الالكتروينة لعرض خدمات الدائرة الالكترونية. 9- تنفيذ أعمال البرمجة وفق لغات XML -XHTML – Java Script- JSP- VB.Net-C# Oracle forms, ASP.Net ) 10- تطوير الأعمال التى توكل إليه وفق متطلبات أنظمة SharePoint 2007 development & Administration net Frame Work 11- تنفيذ ما يكلف به من أعمال باستخدام قواعد البيانات المتطورة مثل SQL , Oracle 12- فحص ومعالجة العيوب ونقاط الضعف في التطبيقات والأنظمة المستخدمة ورفع التقارير التوضيحية لمراحل العمل وتحديد المشكلات. 13- تحليل وبرمجة وتجريب ما يطلب منه من أعمال تخص طبيعة عمله. 14- مراعاة كل ما يتعلق بمراحل تطور الأنظمة (SDLC) في انجاز كافة أعماله. 15- دراسة وتحديد الجودة والموائمة لكافة الأنظمة ومدى ملائمتها للشروط والمواصفات المطبقة بالدائرة وإجراء التعديلات والإصلاحات اللازمة للمستخدم منها وفق الحاجة. 16- إعداد أدلة المستخدمين للبرامج والتطبيقات التي يتم إنجازها داخلياً . 17- الامتثال بالسياسات والإجراءات الأمنية المعمول بها بالدائرة. 18- إبداء الالتزام في حضور ورش التوعية الأمنية. 19- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الأمنية في حال مواجهتها. المؤهلات و المهارات مؤهل جامعي+ خبرة (3) سنوات في مجال تطوير وإدارة الخدمات والبرامج الإلكترونية
