Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion • Lead and update the status report and schedules for all properties phases • Prepare company’s Retail Presentations for Mall Management • Prepare Brand Principal Presentations for store selection and criteria • Assist with all the administration work for Property Department • Responsibility for Brands Registration process and execution • Manage the flow of all lease related documents • Maintains files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times • Prepares various leasing supporting forms for managerial approval • Collects and Maintains up do date insurance certificates of all tenants and properties. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Candidate should be Relevant Degree and education • Relationship Management experience is an added advantage • Candidate should have at least 3 years experience in GCC or At least 3 years experience in similar role • Candidate should be Computer literate • Candidate should be from a Real Estate background handling rental properties.
