Dubai -Full-time, PermanentWhat this job is really like: This role involves supporting the Direct Personal Insurance lines business to deliver their ambitious plans for the Middle East region, with a significant focus on UAE. The post holder will be wholly accountable for all UAE Direct Personal Insurance marketing activities – from development of plans and forecasts together with internal business stakeholders to execution.There is a significant focus on digital – including SEM, SEO, Email, SMS, social media(paid and organic), as well as programmatic display. The person in role will also be a digital expert within the region who will support other markets such as KSA and Oman.There is a desire to create a shift within the portfolio from offline channels to online to reduce cost to serve and to keep with current offline to online customer trends. So the post holder will need to demonstrate overall cost effectiveness in terms of MROI, but at the same time user led in approach.The role will be responsible for marketing intelligence and insight, strategy, planning, brand, content and all e- communications and campaigns. You will be a digital marketing native with technical marketing channel knowledge, and on the forefront of digital marketing trends. Also be familiar with market & regulatory trends, competitor strategy & performance – across all channels.· Manage all UAE always-on Direct Personal Insurance Lines business marketing activity and channels – SEM, SEO, Email, SMS, social media (paid and organic) and programmactic display to deliver against new business and retention targets,· Develop digital marketing calendar and define offers, key message and promotional tactics· Marketing reporting and analysis using tools such as Adobe, GA/Google Data Studio and various other platforms.· Communicate weekly actions and performance to stakeholders in line with business targets.· Provide monthly and quarterly marketing driven sales forecasts based on a clear MROI measurement framework in line with agreed acquisition and retention targets.· Developing quarterly marketing plans for the Direct Personal Lines insurance business, reporting to internal stakeholders on performance to date vs plan and prior year.· Create digital campaigns and support seasonal ATL campaigns as required.· Execute marketing initiatives and communications programmes to achieve brand, customer engagement, retention and sales objectives.· Be recognized in applying digital marketing best practices across the Middle East region· Working closely with the Digital & Web Sales Manager, to continue to improve upon and suggest new digital channels supporting overall web sales strategy & customer engagement levels· Complete external agency management to ensure effective and efficient application of their knowledge and capabilities and managing day-to-day relationships to ensure agencies deliver to time, cost and agreed outputs.This job will typically be measured with the following KPI’s· Achievement of the overall region’s marketing strategy & associated targets· Meeting ROI targets on Marketing initiatives and spend.· Accountability to the Direct Personal Lines business owners to achieve customer acquisition & retention goals.· Demonstrating commercial impact on Direct Personal Lines Insurance business.· Consistency, completeness, accuracy and relevance of marketing initiatives· Meeting satisfaction levels in terms of brand guidelines and policies: Design; Delivery of External Comms and all other Direct Personal Lines Insurance Marketing initiatives, tools, etc.· Application of digital marketing best practice across the region.· Feedback from colleagues, business stakeholders, internal & external customers· Compliance with Group, legal and regulatory requirementsSize & Scope: · Accountable for all UAE Direct Personal Insurance marketing activities· Key role in customer insight, customer mapping, proposition, content and channel management. Liaise between the insurance coordinator and the nurses to help patients and expedite their approval process. Responsible for rescheduling and booking appointments for the patients. Regular updating of insurance policies in sage each visit. Closing & tallying the daily collection reports and handover the same to the finance department.
