Main responsibilities: To run the outlets operation, ensure standards are followed, develop and train the team, assist in marketing promotions. Job experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience within the F & B operation of a large well-reputed 5-star successful F&B concept and specifically with at least 2 years’ experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager. Personality: Above 1.65 meter in height Outgoing and outspoken. Smart. Strong personality, able to deal with customers and colleagues of mixed nationalities. Good leadership and administration skills. Education: Graduated from a Hospitality University. Age: Between 28 - 32 years old, preferably on a single status. Gender: Male / Female Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Candidates who speak Arabic and/or German, Italian, Russian, French or Spanish would have an advantage. Salary: In addition to above market salary range, we provide accommodation, insurance, return air ticket to home city and duty meals. Reporting to: Food and Beverage Director
