Dubai -Job Summary: AR Accountant Responsible for Daily matching of invoices against payment received from respective insurance, Preparing Insurance receipts (Cheque and Bank Transfer) in the HIS. Downloading Insurance Remittance from the DHPO, Following up with Insurance Companies for payment details for invoice matching, Preparing Reconciliation Statement in the month end. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing customer outstanding Statements. Preparation monthly AR ageing reports & corresponding details required for MIS report. Preparing Daily Receivables receipts & Daily Collection report to be circulated for relevant stakeholders. Managing Head Cashier’s office and performing his duties in his Absence Preparing monthly cafeteria related reports and cafeteria consumption in the system. Entering in daily bank transfer entries in the system for cash and card collection. Preparing monthly Provision for Volume Discount and Doubtful Debts, with further analysis. Preparing Tax invoices for non-operating income against non-insurance companies. Preparing Vat Quarterly schedule with proper recon for Filing. Assist for Statutory Audit & provide the AR related schedules & statements Other duties and tasks as and when required from time to time Experience and Qualifications: Master’s Degree or equivalent or Bachelor’s with more than 5 years relevant experience in accounting.
