Dubai -About The Role The Technology Data Analyst will be reporting to the VP Applications and is responsible to lead in leading Digital initiatives, strategy and execution at GEMS Education. The role includes providing technical leadership in digital space, data analysis and must be significantly involved in enhancing customer’s digital experience. Key Accountability: Strategic Responsible for the overall implementation of digital transformational journey, technical architecture, design, development and roll-outResearches and recommends the best practices on digital ecosystem, creates a seamless customer experience on digital channels and multi-experience platformsPartners with stakeholders in different departments to understand and design the solution and provide best in class digital disruptive solutionsEstablish, enforce, and evolve overall digital systems/channels and data governance policies as the organization matures and to provision enhanced customer experiences Operational Architect and design digital and multi-experience solutionsSolution and conduct functional walk-through with the team for new features and impact analysisManage development, implementation and maintenance of all digital experience platformsImplement, administer and manage digital channelsCreate and maintain a digital channel portfolio. Dubai -The lead microservices engineer will have a range of responsibilities from shaping and implementing digital products to ensuring that we stay on the leading edge of technology. They will be expected to contribute across the full technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, over native apps, to front end development.
