Dubai -About the Role Commercial contracts Perform basic commercial contract review, including procurement framework agreements, and services agreements Real Estate Registration of leases, review staff accommodation leases. Assist team in reviewing and negotiating long term leases. Transaction assistance and management Help support legal and commercial teams with transaction management, including due diligence, prepare non-disclosure letters, create and manage transaction timetables, and prepare transaction bibles. Litigation Manage litigation portfolio, track case status, coordinating with external counsel and police where relevant. Company Secretarial Using company templates, draft, amend, legalize and notarize constitutional documents, draft minutes and resolutions. Employment Matters Provide basic employment law advice. Prepare employee settlement agreements on agreed templates Regulatory support Coordinate with the government relations team to provide regulatory support and advice to the legal team. Assist schools with license renewals. Law Library Management Manage and update the legal law library. Keep abreast of law updates and legal trends, and provide summary memorandums to wider legal team. Qualifications, Experiences & Skills Law degree 2 years of UAE experience Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to look outside the box and problem solve. Strong relationship and client management skills. Strong project management skills. Highly organized and detail orientated. Ability to perform basic commercial contract drafting/review (preferable but not required). Dubai -Job details Cleaners are required to undertake the following duties as directed by the Site Manager using the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification and safe working procedures.
