Dubai -Full-time, PermanentAED10,000 - AED12,000 a monthThe Team Leader will provide ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning and overall evaluation of patient and clients requirements. The main objective is to enhance the quality of patient satisfaction and manage the quality of the care provided by all caregivers (CGs) to ensure it is as per local and international standards.The Team Leader will focus on continuous improvement of quality and performance outcomes, reflected by an improvement in patient experience, outcomes and safety, health and wellbeing of staff, increased productivity and the delivery of key performance indicators.The successful applicant will display a compassionate nature with exceptional leadership and coaching skills.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular meetings with CGs to ensure they are aware of their roles and that their duties are clear and preciseProvide assistance to the CGs for any client complaints and ensure this is resolved at the earliestArrange all CGs schedules weekly as per the patient requirements and provide to the Operations Manager for approvalAssign new CGs to patients as and when requiredReceive requests from CGs for required materials and ensure this information is passed to the OM for reviewCreate care plans for all patients and ensure the families are aware of the progress goalsAmend patients care plan if required and ensure the CGs responsible for the patient is aware of all updatesConduct all orientations for all new CGs joining the companyCreate the monthly utilization report weekly and provide to the OM for reviewManage the leave planner for all CGs and provide to the Operations Manager on all employee annual datesAccompany the nurses with attending regular assessments within the Clients home and hospitalsAware of the DHA homecare standardsAware of all DHA requirementsReview all medical records of patients and compile in their individual filesReceive monthly records from CGs on all progress reports for each patientReview contracts and consent forms to ensure the information is accurateEnsure all areas of the services are running smoothly and efficientlyConduct monthly clients visitsConduct monthly appraisals and PDPs to CGsConduct First Aid Training for employees as and when requiredMeeting with all employees quarterly to discuss the services and standards of the businessEnsure all new employees and new clients are updated on using the family appEnsure employees are aware of how to use the systemThe care manager will be conducting patient’s service visits and is expected to be competent and skilled in providing: Wound care,personal hygiene care including continence management, Urinary catheter insertion – both male and female, IV cannulation, medication administration as prescribed by physician including IV infusions, phlebotomy and taking vital signs.To administer medications as prescribed by a physician and understand the possible side effects and adverse reactions.
