We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our growing Marketing Division and play a pivotal part in our vast plans. You will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the fäm brand, ensuring it remains strong and consistent through a wide range of marketing channels.Responsibilities Include:Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategyIncreasing brand awareness, increasing followers, activity and improving traffic on all platformsDeploy successful marketing campaigns from conception to executionWorking alongside each internal department to ensure that all content is scheduled and delivered in an effective and timely mannerOversee the Multimedia teams to ensure creativity and productivityOversee design and implementation of marketing collateralMonitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategyEnsure brand consistency over all posts and content typesCreating a regular publishing schedule and promoting content through social advertising for each internal departmentStaying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsEnsure communication with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring responsesAccountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.Communicating with the team and management on project development, timelines, and resultsPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate fundsAnalyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing and social advertising campaignsIdentifying new lead generation initiatives for local and international marketsIdentifying target market and customers and adapting campaigns to deliver focused messages to attract desired audience and in turn generate leadsAnalyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attributionRequirements:Bachelor degree or masters in Marketing or a similar fieldExperience with creating marketing campaigns and marketing strategiesProven track record in online marketing which should include social media and content marketing within the UAEExcellent communication and leadership skillsProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateNumerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheetsAbility to adapt quickly to changeExcellent command of both written and oral English (Arabic would be a huge advantage)Experience of working within a fast-paced corporate environment (Property experience would be advantageous)We require an expert in marketing and communications; we are looking for an assertive and energetic leader who is capable of managing and motivating teams.
