Supervise administrative and commercial activity of the organization Main Job Responsibilities: 1. Build & implement robust procedure that records & update cash flow status; apply efficient credit policy to safeguard company interest; provide guidance on credit terms to sales team. 2. Prepare financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position. Present MIS to the Senior Management. 6. Ensure cash flow is adequate for smooth functioning of the business; forecast future payments & receivables to arrange adequate funds. 7. Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies reported in financial entries, documents and reports. Establish & ensure practice of effectual system in reference to collection & compiling of all financial transactions. 8. Supervise stock audit; recommend & implement remedial measures to impede the occurrence of variances; appropriately keep the management informed about the findings. 9. Devise best practices to control stock loss by conducting need analysis with concerned departments and ensure asset management. 10. Supervise the Administrative & employee services. 11. Plan & develop procedures for efficient functioning of Commercial unit of the company. Supervise procurement & logistics activities. 12. Be the focal point for any special assignments which would be delegated as per management discretion 13. Adhere to all policies, guidelines and DOA as well as legal & statutory compliances of the Desired Candidate Profile Degree in Finance/Commerce with accounting qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/ICWAI 15 years experience in Accounts with at least 4 years in Managerial capacity in Consumer Electronics industry. Should have through experience in Bank Guarantee process Should have hands on experience in project commercials/contracts Independently handling closing of books Preparation & Presentation of MIS Proficient in MS office & ERP Package.
