Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of external marketing and communications campaigns to promote the Company MEA's thought leadership across various channels (including digital, social media, events, webinars, media relations, etc.) Participate in the ideation and planning of Company's thought leadership to help ensure subject matter is differentiated, aligned with client interests and suitable for our marketing campaigns Identify optimal marketing assets to support the launch of new thought leadership and work with creative teams to manage development Coordinate with team members on the planning, timing and distribution of content regionally and globally; work closely with Global marketing teams and on campaign execution to fully leverage all internal and external channels Leverage digital marketing metrics and internal/external feedback to analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communications channels, and use this data to improve campaigns and initiatives Coordinate and provide support for participation at select conferences and events Manage the editorial and events calendar, ensuring details are kept current and fully communicated to all stakeholders Provide consistent reporting on activities and successes to stakeholders Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business is preferred Minimum 3-5 years of B2B marketing communications experience, with an emphasis on promoting thought leadership and distributing content through a variety of internal and external delivery channels Experience devising proactive marketing communications strategies and providing guidance to subject matter experts A background working in a financial service, re/insurance, management consultancy and/or professional services environment, or with clients in those sectors Experience developing marketing content for different channels including PR, social media and web Experience in corporate events/ conference management Technical Skills: Superior writing, proofreading and verbal skills are essential Digitally savvy, with experience using social media channels and content management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency with LinkedIn, Twitter, LinkedIn Elevate, ExactTarget and other digital and CRM platforms is a plus Proficiency in Arabic a definite plus (Written and Verbal) Skills and Attributes: Strong attention to detail with ability to think critically and creatively A strong project manager, able to work independently and in teams to create, manage, and meet deadlines Ability to multi-task and use judgment and experience to proactively meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels within the Company and partner organizations, as well as in a collaborative manner as part of a global team Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven; comfortable working in an "unstructured" environment where priorities often shift Highly collaborative and dedicated to meeting the expectations of all team members through securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards
