Bill monthly rent, prepare statements, oversee collection. Ensure all lease-related transactions (monthly rent, insurance and common area charges) are reviewed and properly recorded. Draft and abstract new lease amendments / modifications. Job Requirements: Graduate holder. One year experience in the same field. Well versed in MS Office. Good communication skills in English.
