Accounts Officer - iCare Logistics-Dubai
Dubai -Key Responsibilities Monitor and reconcile assigned portfolio of internal accounts Monitor and release orders from credit hold according to corporate credit and collection policies and prepare risk analysis for management approval Support customer risk management by working with credit insurance and rating companies Prepare KPIs, periodic reporting and analysis. Aging reports, collection metric analysis, internal reporting schedules and other reports as required Provide troubleshooting to all AR personnel Support 3rd party collection agency assignments Month/Quarter/Year end inter-company adjustments, write-offs Identify, recommend and execute process improvements Ensure effective internal controls are in place Perform other related credit duties as required Oversees invoice automation process Ensures shipments are invoiced in a timely manner daily Issues and distributes any manual invoice adjustment are required as per our corporate policy Experience, Education And Designations 2+ years’ Credit, Accounts Receivable and Collections experience Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Working towards accounting designation
