Tasks of the team include, but are not limited to:Monitoring of the user and operational activity on the platform.Technical Maintenance implementation on the platform.Support in Fault recognition and correction.Coordination with other operational departments.Product development works in an agile/scrum methodology (typically 2-week sprints). Upon every sprint, the functionalities delivered to the end users are improved, and Technical Operations needs to be prepared to handle any implications of the delivered changes.
