About the Team Employee Services is Al-Futtaim’s centralised HR Shared Services team that is accountable for service delivery across the Group’s business footprint. With over 22,000 employees in 8 countries in the MENA region, the services offered span the entire employee life cycle. A key function of this team, Workforce Management, which oversees Group-wide Payroll inputs, reporting lines and Employee Master data management operates out of the corporate Head Office in Dubai - and this role sits within this team in Group HR. The HR Analyst - Workforce Management will be responsible for the following: Resolve support tickets/cases raised in their assigned domain to the target SLA standards related to: Payroll Inputs (Claims/Reimbursements, Over Time, Incentives etc.) Employee Correspondence Org Structures and Position Management Time Management Adherence to Manpower Budgets Medical Insurance Master data preventive checks and validations: Ensure that employee master data quality & accuracy to be met at all times through ‘Right First Time’ approach, especially data changes/ updates which have direct impact on payroll. Continuous Improvement: recommend solutions to enhance process efficiency and contribute to improvements in HR Service delivery Working in a highly data sensitive environment, HR Analyst is responsible to Protect Data Privacy at all time and adhere to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of office security policy. Jointly cultivate and contribute to a learning and knowledge sharing culture within the team Support cyclical Events and Special Projects as assigned Ensure compliance to department SOPs and organizational policies Keeping department operating procedures for processes handled current and updated Assist in the creation and publishing of Key department operational metrics such as SLAs, FCRs and Volumes Requirements: Minimum educational attainment of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in HR/Business Management or Technology) 3-5 years’ work experience in a fast-paced, HR service delivery/operations environment with HR Shared Services experience in a large organization preferred. 3-5 HR Generalist experience Exposure to Large Scale HR ERP solutions (SAP and SuccessFactors experience preferred) Advanced user of office productivity tools & techniques (eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio etc.) Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing large scale/ bulk data entry demands with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment. About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join the Cluster Sales Conversion team in Dubai - Shared Services at Jumeirah Group. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Assist all leads which are delegated to you within the required months of responsibility, ensuring that turnaround time is met. Provide frequent feedback to Sales Manager on active leads ensuring there is a clear understanding of business on the books and potential conversions. Ensure accurate database management and tracking of activities and information through active in Delphi, meeting company’s data standards. Work with the proactive sales team to engage in feedback regarding partners and other business opportunities. Maintain service level agreement standards for internal relationships and ensure customer service is maintained at an excellent level. Ensure all systems, policies and procedures (SOP) are in place for effective selling. Engage with guests and customers within the hotel, at client events, industry gatherings and other social functions. Conducts site inspection effectively and professionally with thorough knowledge of clients’ needs and hotel products. Target to be met on revenue, conversion and BDRC levels. Works closely with the Proactive group Sales team and Revenue Team. Meets with the Events Management Team on a regular basis to ensure that all event files are seamlessly handed over. Have excellent product knowledge including function space, audio-visual equipment, capacities, guest room inventory, room rates and menus. Ensure all enquiries are managed to BDRC and Meeting scope scores in the area of event planning and service delivery. Ensure that Jumeirah standards are adhered to. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Business or Hospitality related degree from an internationally recognized institution. A minimum of 1 years in a sales role within a hotel environment. Solid overall sales background in a five star luxury hotel. Understanding & experience of basic revenue management practices.
