You will join our Documentary team and will report to our Group Director, Legal and Treasury based in Denmark, and our Documentary Credit specialist based in Dubai -. Areas of focus Support the daily operation of export letters of credit by receiving, reviewing, negotiating and discounting payment instruments Ensure correct preparation of documents, check documentation and present documents to banks and follow up on incoming payments Draft, negotiate and issue import letters of credit, standby letters of credit and bank guarantees Peruse and provide input to sales and purchase contracts Share knowledge with and educate relevant internal stakeholders Assist in the management of collateral and reporting under finance facilities, internally and externally Support the implementation of future finance facilities, liquidity and cash management as relevant Your professional skills Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling Trade Finance tasks and responsibilities Experience in the maritime sector, especially from the oil and gas or shipping industry Knowledge of UCP 600 and ISBP is a must Fluent in both written and verbal English IT proficient – experienced in MS Office, especially good working knowledge of MS Excel Your personal skills Analytical and detail-oriented Ready to work in flexible working hours Can work accurately under pressure Proactive and able to work independently Curious to know more about work and the business Monjasa as a workplace Monjasa offers you a fulfilling career in a global organisation, where you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
