Dubai -AED25,000 a monthThe Employee shall have a minimum of 5-7 years of experiencein Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Sustainability, within UAE (preferably in Dubai -).Developing, implementing and managing’ HSE policies and strategies.Support development and establishment of the company's HSE Strategies and Policies to support the achievement of its Vision and Mission.b) Support in assuring compliance with the related internal and external requirements / obligations regarding Health, Safety, Environment and Energy.c) Support reviewing the status of Safety and Environmental Management System (RSEMS) implementation and identify and implement necessary improvement actions, by considering international best practices.d) Support formulation of Objectives, Targets and Performance Indicators to sustain and progress verall HSE performance.e) Support monitoring the HSE implementation though planned reviews, assessments and prepare reports for Senior Management.f) Provide technical advice to Management Team in terms of HSE and support in preparing periodic reports to Top Management.g) Support coordination with External Government Entities and other Stakeholders to enhance HSE including Committee / working groups.h) Undertake day-to-day activities as the Specialist in Safety, Risk, Regulation and Planning Department to ensure execution of roles and responsibilities of Corporate HSE Policies and Planning Section, as below (not limited to):Provide specialized HSE Technical Support and guidance to the company's Agencies / Sectors in line with its Strategies and PoliciesSupport formulation of HSE Objectives and Targets and monitor the results periodically.Prepare HSE Analysis Reports and required Action Plans to support RSEMS implementation across the company to improve HSE Performance.Plan and execute HSE awareness / training programmes to improve the HSE culture across the companyPrepare other Periodic HSE Reports at Section / Department / Corporate Levels, as required from time to time, and maintain HSE documents to support continual excellence.Perform other actions as required and instructed by the SRRPD Management on a daily basis.The Employee shall be able to demonstrate familiarity and knowledge, on the application of UAE & Dubai - Legislative HSE requirements.The Employee shall be able to demonstrate competence in developing HSE Strategies, Policies, and related Management Systems.The Employee should have ability to manage HSE with a full understanding of the company's ComplexRequest for Proposalfluent in both English & Arabic for both spoken and wriContinueting skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED25,000.00 /monthExperience:Occupational Health,Safety,Environment&Energy Sustainability: 5 years (Preferred)
