Must have experience in month-end and year-end close process e. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance f. Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and studies regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. g. Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget h. Must have experience in tax audits and tax returns. i. Must have good relation with Banking Industry for arranging funds for the Company. j. Must be expert in advance Excel. k. Must be good decision maker. l. Must have good experience in Preparing of Financial Statements, Cash Flows, Making internal flow system. m. Accounts payable and receivable, following tracking sheets with Clients and Consultant. n.
