Maintain close relationship with clinics, hospitals, doctors, pharmacists and diagnostic centers to prospect patients who can be referred to countries for medical treatment options. Prepare and develop promotional collaterals, web portals, online marketing campaigns and social media to generate public interest and queries. Secure progress of local patients availing of the service. Respond to patients and their families about queries on the package and conduct visits to provide detailed explanation if required. Assist in the preparation of paperwork in the travel and hospitalization overseas. Skills and Specifications Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Strong computer and internet literacy to develop online marketing campaigns. Excellent social, communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, travel agents and the medical community locally and overseas. Excellent knowledge of the destination medical countries. Must be in uae Education and Qualifications Should have Graduation Minimum three years of experience in the marketing profession, preferably in medical tourism. QHSE) SAFETY OFFICER Region: UAE (QHSE) SAFETY OFFICER We are looking for QHSE SAFETY OFFICER having minimum 2 years of experience with having Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and Dubai - Municipality EHS Local Regulation. General Responsibilities (but not limited to): 1- Report directly to the Top Management. Perform regular duties of Safety Officer (Proactive and Reactive Monitoring). 2- Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary and issue work permits as required. 3- Enforce and maintain QHSE Policy, QHSE Logs, documentation & conduct Tool Box Talks. 4- Conduct Risk Assessment and prepare Safe Work Method Statement for off-site activities. 5- Ensure QHSE Department is in full compliance with IMS (Integrated Management System). 6- Liaison with the Local Authorities and clients - related to HSE. 7- Implement and Supervise the QHSE Annual Training program 8- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management. 9- Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations. 10- Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management. 11- Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors. 12- Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training. 13- Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel. 14- Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies. 15- Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned. Minimum Qualification: 16- Graduate of 4 years degree in College\Preferred Associate Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety sciences is the basic requirement of educational qualification of this position. 17- NEBOSH IGC holder or HSE Engineering 18- With at least 2 years work experience as QHSE Officer in UAE or other country. 19- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and Dubai - Municipality EHS Local Regulation. 20- Knowledgeable in COSHH. 21- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 22- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). 23- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. 24- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
