Dubai -Full-time, PermanentDuties and ResponsibilitiesData entries: Providers Cost Booking into Accounting Software from Insurance Data imported in to Excel format. Periodical Payment Process, Couriering the cheques and tracking the deliveries. Filing and Indexing. Reconciliation of Accounts with providers and confirmation of the account balance periodically.Booking the overhead bills into Accounting Software and payment process on due date after the necessary approval.Handling petty Cash.Raising Debit / Credit Notes for the Insurance Policies and Endorsements.Reconciliation with Insurance Portal for the policies and endorsement periodically.Recording the receipt of the cheques from the client, reconciliation with the client account.Tracking the direct/reimbursements to hospital payment, discrepancies and reconciliation.Maintain the utmost confidence in Finance & other related data. Should not be shared without the proper approval in writing.The selected candidate has to be closely work with Finance Head for his task execution with regulatory and audit, IFRS standard.Skills RequirementsThorough knowledge in Accounting and Accrual Concept.VAT, Return, Audit and Assessment.Branch Accounting and Reconciliation.Advanced Excel.Excellent communication skills in English.Education and QualificationsMinimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant – IntermediateMust have Commerce / Finance Graduation.Minimum of two years’ post qualification experience.Note: Candidates able to join immediately will be preferred Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Finance: 2 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Location:Dubai - (Preferred)
